This class is for intermediate to advanced learners who want to maintain or improve their English skill level by applying it to their life. If you feel you are at a conversational level but would like to improve your fluidity, vocabulary and occasional grammatical errors, this class is for you. In this class style, we will talk about all things life. We’ll discuss things that are important to you, like your life experiences, things you love, current work or life challenges, as well as current events.

Learn in a small group, get to interact with others and still get enough personalized attention as you learn. From pre-intermediate to advanced levels: pre-intermediate focus on more foundational learning, grammatical exercises, and lead into more conversational and contextual exercises. Advanced groups will cover more conversation on topics of interest. These classes will help confront the discomforts and fears associated with learning a new language and/or speaking in public.

This is a conversational class in the outdoors. Studies show that even just a walk around a city park lined with trees has the power to calm the nervous system. In these sessions, we use nature, sunshine, fresh air and the power of movement to open the conversation. Leaving the classroom setting behind allows the mind to relax and have a freer, less rigid + non-judgmental approach to learning and expressing the language.
